Terms and Conditions – pkrvip Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pkrvip ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing pkrvip at pkrvip.vu, downloading the pkrvip app, creating an account or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all sections of the platform including sports betting, live casino, game lobby, bingo and any promotional or bonus features. Use of the platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access betting, gaming or any real-money features on pkrvip, you must register an account. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on pkrvip. Duplicate accounts may be closed and any associated balances forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. pkrvip will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. 2.3 Account Verification

pkrvip reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. This may include documents such as a valid CNIC or other acceptable proof of identity. Deposits, withdrawals or account access may be restricted until verification is complete. This process exists to protect players and to maintain the integrity of the platform.

3. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

pkrvip is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, place bets or play any games on this platform. This age restriction applies to all sections of pkrvip without exception.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. pkrvip reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, all pending bets will be voided and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method used.

pkrvip does not knowingly accept registrations from minors and takes this responsibility seriously. If you are aware of a minor attempting to use the platform, please report it to pkrvip support right away.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on pkrvip are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit or credit cards and other supported mobile wallets.

4.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits are generally credited to your pkrvip wallet instantly. In some cases, processing times may vary depending on the payment method or your bank. pkrvip is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.2 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. These minimums are subject to change and the current amounts shown on the platform at the time of your transaction take precedence.

4.3 Deposit Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your pkrvip account are from a legitimate source and belong to you. pkrvip reserves the right to request proof of payment source as part of its verification processes. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be subject to additional verification.

• Only deposit funds you can afford to use for entertainment purposes.
• pkrvip does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of players.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in account suspension pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. pkrvip aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, though actual transfer times depend on the receiving financial institution or payment provider.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. pkrvip may also apply a minimum withdrawal amount, which is displayed in the withdrawal section of your account at the time of the request.

5.2 Withdrawal Holds

pkrvip reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention or bonus wagering requirement checks. You will be notified if such a hold is applied and what steps are needed to resolve it.

5.3 Tax Responsibility

Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from their winnings. pkrvip does not deduct or withhold taxes on behalf of players, and it is your responsibility to comply with any relevant personal tax requirements applicable to you.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on pkrvip Sports are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. Before placing a bet, you should read the applicable rules for that market, which are available within the sports betting section of the platform.

6.1 Cricket and PSL

Cricket markets including Pakistan Super League (PSL), international T20s, one-day internationals and Test matches are among the most actively traded on pkrvip. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced or replayed, settlement rules for the specific market format will apply. These are detailed in the individual market rules.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

pkrvip reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion. Bets placed on markets with obviously incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided. Accepted bets are confirmed only once a bet reference number is issued to your account.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play or live betting markets are subject to rapid changes. Bets submitted during in-play markets may be accepted or rejected based on the state of the market at the moment the bet is processed, not the moment it is submitted. Network delays are the responsibility of the player.

7. Casino & Games

pkrvip's Live Casino, Game Lobby and Bingo sections operate under the same account and wallet system as sports betting. The same account rules, age restrictions and responsible gaming policies apply across all sections without exception.

All casino and game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of Live Casino, by real dealers operating standard equipment under monitored conditions. pkrvip does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.1 Technical Interruptions

In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, pkrvip will attempt to resolve the outcome based on the last confirmed game state. If a resolution is not possible, the bet may be voided and the stake returned. pkrvip is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own internet or device issues.

7.2 Game Rules

Each game in the Game Lobby and Bingo section has its own rules displayed within the game interface. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand these rules before placing any stake.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

pkrvip may offer bonuses, free bets or promotional credits from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions are listed below.

• Bonuses are only available to players with verified accounts who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion.

9. User Conduct

All players are expected to use pkrvip in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts or any software that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm pkrvip, other players or third parties.
• Sharing account access with other individuals or allowing third parties to operate your account.
• Using offensive, abusive or threatening language in any chat or communication feature on the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or redistribute any part of the pkrvip platform or its content.

pkrvip reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these conduct rules and to take appropriate action, including suspension, permanent ban and withholding of funds pending investigation.

10. Responsible Gaming

pkrvip is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. We encourage all players to approach gaming as entertainment and to set personal limits on how much time and money they spend on the platform.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

pkrvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment methods.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Evidence of underage gambling.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Conduct harmful to other players or the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, pkrvip may withhold any balance pending the outcome of its investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player.

11.1 Voluntary Closure

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting pkrvip support. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to standard rules and any resulting winnings credited before the final balance is returned.

12. Limitation of Liability

pkrvip provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrvip shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep login credentials secure.
• Losses caused by delays, errors or interruptions in third-party payment processing.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game or betting rules.

Nothing in these Terms limits pkrvip's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pkrvip will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and other service partners strictly as required to operate the platform and fulfil our obligations to you as a player.

14. Changes to These Terms

pkrvip reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any changes made to the Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and return of any remaining balance.
